As an addition to my previous post Is Technology Killing Our People Skills?, you have got to check out this story, thank you to Ed for supplying the link. A woman was FIRED from her job through a TEXT MESSAGE. Yeah, I'd say that's taking it a bit far with technology.

The text message said: "We will not require your services anymore...Thank you for your time with us."
