Sorry for being so quiet on the blog, as you can imagine I've been ridiculously busy packing up house and planning for the Europe trip!!! Crazy busy in fact. I'm happy to share that I've been accepted at University of North Carolina Chapel Hill's Masters of Social Work program, however I won't find out until financial aid until July! So hopefully I get some help in that department, otherwise I might have to work for a year before starting my Masters.
Other than that I finished Suite Francaise by Irene Nemirovsky about a week ago and it was just absolutely wonderful. I really was a huge fan and I hope I get to write a decent review of it soon...
I will be awfully spotty for the next 6 months I'm afraid since I'll be moving, in Europe, then figuring out school/work stuff, then finding a permanent place to live in North Carolina (we're subletting until we figure it out). So many changes stuffed in such little time equals a mai wen running around like a crazy person!
Much love, and apologies if I fall off checking your all's blogs, internet will not be as accessible to me for a while as it has been.

Congratulations mai wen, that's really good news.
I'm glad you enjoyed Suite francaise. 'Enjoyed' isn't quite the right word, but you know what I mean.
And do torment us when you can with news of your European travels. I'm reduced to travelling vicariously at the moment.
Thanks so much Mas, I most definitely will. After this year I'll probably be begging to travel vicariously rather than in reality!! :)
Nice to see you Mai Wen! And no worries - it's nice to catch up with you when you have time and internet access.
